‘Be the best you can be’

Claydon High School is seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Development and CEIAG Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role will support the delivery of careers education, work experience, alternative provision, and wider personal development across the school.

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school’s personal development provision. This includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics, supporting events, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will work closely with the Head of LIFE Faculty and CEIAG Lead, as well as liaising with staff, students, parents/carers, employers and external agencies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy school environment and making a meaningful contribution to students’ future pathways.

Claydon High School is a popular, oversubscribed and friendly comprehensive school on the outskirts of Ipswich; we are situated close to the A14 with easy transport links across Suffolk and into Essex.  We are a small school with 767 students on roll which means that there is a close working relationship with all the staff and students in the school.  As part of the Penrose Learning Trust we also work closely with other schools within the MAT to achieve “excellence through collaboration”.

If you would like to have a chat about the post or visit the school please contact Sue Perrotton, Headteachers PA (admin@claydonhigh.com).
